As grandparents, raising a 5th grader, it was a challenging move, and we weren’t able to close on the house until May14, just six weeks before our move date. Yet in that tight window, Manny coordinated a wide range of work and saw that it was completed to perfection before we moved in. This included installing new counter tops, a new sink and new appliances in the kitchen; painting most of the indoor rooms; replacing and painting some wood portions of the outside; replacing a sliding back door and bolstering the step on the deck; installing heating in the finished basement; and fixing a checklist of things ranging from simple to complex.

In 2006 we contracted with Manny and his company to install all new windows, doors and to finish off all the trim on our home in Falmouth. The job was done with great attention to cietail, was completed in a timely manner and come in right on budget.

 In 2007 we made the decision to renovate our kitchen. Given the quality of work that Manny provided in the previous contract we made the decision to have Manny complete this job as well. Once again, Manny did an outstanding job. We worked with Manny on every detail of this renovation from the cabinetry to the flooring and the results went beyond my expectation. We truly ended up with a designer kitchen that met all of our needs! This time we came in under budget.

The year 2008 has once again brought more work Manny’s way. We recently purchased a second home and BBL is very much involved in this property as well. This time he is completing the renovation of the basement office and family room.

In this day and age it is so very rare to find someone that is not only extremely talented but also as honest as the day is long. Manny is truly a skilled professional and that is why we have trusted him with our most important assets, our homes.
