BBL is led by Mark Bette as Managing Member and Chad Courty, Managing Director. Both Mark and Chad provide BBL Builders with the leadership to deliver quality construction services to clients.

MARK BETTE

Since 2007, Mark has been Managing Member of BBL Builders. Mark has 20 years of experience with the Bette Companies in many general construction and real estate development capacities. He holds a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York.

CHAD COURTY
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Chad Courty joined BBL Builders in 2005 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2010. Chad is responsible for overseeing the firm’s daily operations - business development, maintaining relationships with clients, architects, and consultants, and all construction services. Chad has over 28 years of experience. Prior to joining BBL, Chad served as Vice President of Operations for Legacy Homes. Chad is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors of America; Home and Apartment Builders Association of Dallas; and the National Association of Home Builders.
