Our project managers and superintendents love a challenge. High-rise buildings require a specialized set of skills and our team members have earned them through experience. 

Working in confined, urban sites generates added difficulty to construction projects. Staging equipment and building materials, traffic impacts, and supplementary safety details, are issues that BBL’s team is trained to manage.  We coordinate with the municipality and neighboring businesses and residents to develop a plan that is positive for all parties. BBL helps pave the way for our client’s project to become a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
